• Add support for additional campaigns:
  
  • The Hammer of Urh'Rok campaign from Recaiden's The Hammer of Urh'Rok: Part I addon.
  • The QUICK campaign from nsrr's Q.U.I.C.K Campaign addon.
• Do not place trap-teaching lore items if player does not know the Cunning/Trapping talent category.
• In the Light from Below campaign, do not allow re-purchasing of traps you already know from That Which Hoards.
