Restart Thought-Forms

A modified version of Restart Sustains, specialized for handling the thought-form sustains conferred by the Thought-Forms talent. If your active thought-form is killed or deactivated by something other than user action, a prominent particle effect will be displayed and a status indicator will be added to the buffs display indicating that the thought-form was lost. The lost thought-form will be automatically reactivated when it becomes available, unless you cancel the indicator early or activate another thought-form.
