Bugfix:
- Vector's 2nd class skill (Foul Feast) had a bug.

Features added:
- Embers of Gerlyk now start with Iron Gauntlets in their inventory.
- Heavies now start with a shield that grants Temporal resistance so they can use block in the starting area.
